Have you noticed when you turn on the secular news it is a continual message of fear and lack? I suppose they think fear is a big seller.  Not at my house!

God, The Almighty One, The All Sufficient One has another message.  When you read your Bible you will discover and learn that God’s plan for you is called “OVERFLOWING!”  Not a language of lack and utter depletion.

I love how the Bible sets things off on a good note in Genesis 8:22,

“While the earth remains, seedtime and HARVEST, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall NOT CEASE.”

Genesis 8:22

There is an enemy we need to be wise about, who wants to cause exhaustion and lack and try to steal.

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they (you) may have life, and that they (you) may have it more abundantly.”

John 10:10

That word “abundantly (per-is-soss)” is:  Superabundance, excessive, overflowing, surplus, over and above, MORE THAN ENOUGH, profuse, extraordinary, ABOVE THE ORDINARY, more than sufficient.

There is another scripture you need to meditate on today.  

“Now unto Him that is able to do EXCEEDINGLY  ABUNDANTLY ABOVE all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”

Ephesians 3:20.

In other words,

HE who is able to transcend ALL limits – to do far in excess of all that we request or imagine, in virtue of His Power which is ACTIVE IN US . . .

Is it possible to have a life where our cup runs over?  YES!

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; MY CUP RUNS OVER.”

Psalm 23:5
